How long does it take to process the order?

It takes 7-15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We will make every effort to complete the order processing as soon as possible.

Please note that if the order takes an additional few days to complete, we will explain this in the announcement.

What about freight costs?

Shipping free is available for all orders up to $50.

Once an international package has been scanned by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package to you.

For orders that are being cleared or products that cannot be returned to our warehouses, we cannot provide a refund. If your package is delayed due to the carrier's reasons, the customer should contact the carrier on his own to resolve the issue. Mousee Magic will not refund products that are held by the carrier. If the package is lost, it is the carrier's responsibility to find the package for the customer.

If an order is lost or appears to have been delivered but has not actually been received, you need to contact Mouseemagic within 30 days of the order being shipped so that Mouseemagic can make a claim on your behalf for the lost item.

Special note: Please do not ask the courier to place the package at the specified location as we are unable to add special requirements.

Packages lost or stolen: Sometimes packages may not arrive at their destination. If the carrier has confirmed that the package has arrived, it will not be issued back. For packages that appear to have been delivered but are actually lost, a claim should be made directly with the carrier or local police station.

For lost packages marked "sent": Once the package appears to be "sent," all risks of loss or theft are borne by the buyer.
