Returns

We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. 

Once handmade products are purchased without any quality issues, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you chooses to refund due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for 20% -30% of the economic loss fee (including refund processing fees deducted from payment methods). Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after placing an order, unless there are quality issues.

Returns cost $12 which will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be wavered once the item has been checked. For all faulty items please contact our customer service team on pic.happyman@gmail.com for a faulty authorisation code before sending your return back to us. Any faulty returns that are returned without an authorisation code will NOT be refunded.
When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear, lingerie & sexual wellness. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item.
Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange.

As a big fan of anime and trendy graphic styles, I kept looking for accessories with anime‑themed designs.
Since I could hardly find satisfying daily items on the market, I picked various patterns to make phone cases and stickers for myself and my friends. When more fellow fans grew fond of these items, I opened this store.

We sell themed phone cases, sticker sets, as well as delicate accessories such as keychains, pendants and hair ornaments. Our designs are inspired by anime scenes, fictional characters, fantasy elements and pop art.

We launch new themed collections regularly. You can customize products with your favourite anime or characters.
