Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy (custom products are not accepted for return), which means you have 14 days to apply for a return after receiving the item.

Handmade products are not returned if they do not have quality problems. If you choose to refund for your own reasons, you will be liable for 30% - 40% of the financial loss (including the refund processing fee deducted from the original payment method). Return items
 
It must be kept in its original condition, unworn or unused, fully labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to ship your parcel. We do not accept goods returned directly without a return request.

Damage and Problems


Please check your order item upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or sent in error, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items are not returnable, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about your particular item, please contact us.



Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure that you get the items you need is to return them and buy a new item when the return is accepted.



A 14-day calm period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it without reason within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of whether a refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company also takes some time to process and overwrite the refund.
